- Identify two methods used in a training needs assessment.
- Examine these methods and present the advantages of each design.
- Often, during a needs assessment, we identify “gaps” that are not met. Create a rubric/guideline that an organization can utilize to determine these gaps. Hint: It starts with determining what the training should be (often the goals of the training) and how you would assess what the training accomplished (often some type of post-test). This should help you identify any “gaps” that exist.
The presentation (PowerPoint or other presentation program) should be 10 slides not including title or reference slides, and follow APA format A minimum of three scholarly sources should be cited and referenced.
