Week 7 Discussion: Reflect on the Legislative and Executive Control
You initiated a discussion of your thoughts on the value and importance of administrative law. The goal of this discussion is for you to summarize your thoughts on the value of legislative and executive controls on administrative agencies. Specifically, what do you feel is the most important factor in controlling the actions of agencies?
