The problem should be related to one aspect of civic life or the process of civic engagement in that society. The goal of your paper is to examine the causes and consequences of the problem, and more importantly, it should also assess the existing solutions and propose at least one solution to this problem.Main requirements for this research paper:1.The research paper should be 8 to 10 pages long, double-spaced, including references/work cited page. (That means at least 7 full pages, not counting references/works cited page.) Use Times New Roman font, size 12.2.You should incorporate at least 5 outside sources to illustrate your points. You are also encouraged to do primary research for this paper, such as surveys and interviews.
