Please describe 1-2 new things you learned from the audio in the power point slides (or pose a question for me about the content of a recording). Then, answer the following: what did you think of the matter in motion piece in modules, which is a New York Times article called, “Nothing is Alive?” Some possible prompts: was it scientific, or pertinent to some other interest? Does it seem to oppose a theory of vitalism like Cavendish’s? Does anything in it resonate with our readings?
